Dutch Carmel Apple Pie is a great tasting pie. The recipe can be modified to lower the sugar by eliminating the brown sugar in the filling. With the right apples, it will taste wonderful. Those apples can be found at 316 S Taylor and are accessible from the alley. Check for worms since the owners do not seem to be spraying the trees. Permission is recommended.
